ESTIMATED SHIPPING/PRE-ORDERS
Please be aware that items purchased with estimated shipping dates and pre orders, are subject to varying shipping times per the item description and Pre-Order Policy. We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
HOLIDAYS
Our office, warehouse, and couriers will be unavailable during the following public holiday dates: Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day & New Years Day. Any orders placed on these days, or AFTER cut-off on the day before, will be PROCESSED the following business day. Please allow a few more days for delivery during this high volume season to avoid disappointment. We will continue to ensure your MAISON BY TAI order gets to you as soon as possible, however, we do appreciate your patience!
PRE-ORDER POLICY
Items purchased on PRE -ORDER are subject to delivery between 1-2 weeks of the estimated shipping date that is provided in the items description at time of purchase.
Having a Pre-Order item amongst other items in your order will hold back the delivery of your ENTIRE order. Email us at heather@maisonbytai.com if you would like to arrange a split of the order. Please note: estimated shipment dates included in the description of items are approximate and subject to change.
COVID SHIPPING DELAYS
Delay in Service Guarantee effective Oct 1, 2020.; Domestic USPS, UPS and our international service estimated delivery windows are now being affected. Sadly, we cannot control shipping carrier delays. Tracking updates may take an additional 5-7 business days to update. Please be aware before placing an order.
Delays are possible during our Holiday and Sale Season. Please keep in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

MISSING YOUR ORDER?
First track your package with the provided tracking number that was emailed to you. If the package is still lost, email us at heather@maisonbytai.com and we will begin an investigation.
MAISON BY TAI IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES.
CUSTOMER(S) ASSUMES ALL RESPONSIBILITY ONCE A CONFIRMATION NUMBER IS ISSUED. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK THAT YOU INPUT THE CORRECT INFORMATION FOR SHIPPING PURPOSES. SHIPPING ADDRESSES CANNOT BE UPDATED ONCE TRACKING HAS BEEN ASSIGNED. CUSTOMER PAYS FOR SHIPPING BOTH WAYS IF ITEM NEEDS TO BE SENT BACK.
