1 Cup chopped fresh spinach (shoot, it could be frozen however, thawed)
1 Container Boursin Garlic Herb Cheese
3/4 Cup of Feta Cheese
2 Tablespoons Garlic Paste
2 Teaspoons favorite seasonings (whatever you have and love)
Here’s the 15 minutes—Stuffed Salmon recipe. Slit your Salmon (pronounced with a silent L) 😂 three inches down the center, and season with whatever you like. I used lemon pepper, seasoning salt, and oregano. Put two tablespoons of olive oil in a hot skillet (I used avocado oil because it doesn’t burn), sauté your Salmon on each side for three minute, mix your ingredients in a bowl, then stuff your Salmon (remember the L is silent), bake in the oven on 325° for ten minutes and plate.
I’m telling you, it’s incredible and quick. 😋 You don’t have to sauté. You can stick it directly in the oven after your stuff and bake for 15 minutes. I have a thing for searing in the juices.😋
