Ingredients
1 Tsp butter
1 Tsp olive oil
Garlic cloves
Rosemary
🥩 Season with your favorite seasonings, sear on each side (in a cast iron skillet with one tablespoon of butter and one tablespoon of olive oil with garlic cloves and rosemary) over high heat for three minutes, top a dollop of butter, stick in the oven (375°) for 15 minutes and let sit five minutes then cut at an angle.
