Boil golden potatoes until tender. Add one-half stick of Irish butter, salt, and pepper, one teaspoon of parsley, two tablespoons of garlic paste, one-half cup of heavy cream, one-half cup of chicken broth, two tablespoon of mascarpone cheese, mash, and mix.
